GetJob is designed to help teams screen and rank candidates. This page explains what data we process in the demo site, how it is used, and what controls exist for recruiters.
GetJob may process information you submit through the screening demo such as role requirements, CV text, candidate names, emails, and interview notes. Do not upload sensitive personal data in the demo.
We use the submitted data to extract skills and experience signals, generate match scores, and display a ranked shortlist. Recruiters remain responsible for final hiring decisions.
Demo data may be cleared by refreshing the page or using the in-app “Clear CVs” action. For production deployments, retention windows are configurable based on your compliance requirements.
Access should be limited to authorized hiring team members. In production, apply role-based permissions and audit trails for CVs, scoring, and shortlist exports.
